ZH International, is the 85% owner of Inter-American Management and a public company traded on the Hong Kong exchange. ZH International is engaged in global real estate development, investment, management, sales and REIT management. Zensun has been involved in the development of more than 36 property development projects in Henan, Shandong and Hainan provinces in China with a total gross floor area of more than 150 million square feet. Zensun has been named one of the top 100 property development companies in China by China Index Academy, China’s most influential property research institute. Our relationship with ZH International and Zensun provides IAM with opportunities for international capital raising and allows us to benefit significantly from their global real estate expertise.

Mr. Busch has been an active investor in the real estate industry since 1985. He currently serves as President of Inter-American Management and has served as Vice Chairman of Global Medical REIT, LLC from 2014 to 2015 and as Chairman since 2015. From 2014 to the present, Mr. Busch has served as Vice Chairman of American Housing REIT Inc. f/k/a OnTarget 360, which is also externally managed by Inter-American Management, LLC. His experience includes developing numerous properties in various asset classes and owning and managing real estate in several states, including rental housing, and a wide variety of commercial real estate. Since 2001, Mr. Busch has also served as President of Safe Blood International Foundation, where he oversaw the establishment of medical facilities in 35 developing nations, funded by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and USAID, Exxon Mobil, and Gates Foundation. Mr. Busch has had Presidential appointments in two Presidential Administrations, one in the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs and the other at the United Nations in Geneva, where he served as a United States’ delegate. Mr. Busch is a graduate of the New York University Stern School of Business, holds a Masters of Public Administration from New York University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Emory University.
